FRIED RICE WITH BABY CORN

MY 75TH POST Ingredients:

1 cup cooked rice

2 carrots

1 capsicum

1 bunch spring onions

4 babycorns

3 tsp soy sauce

2 tsp chilli sauce

2 tsp pepper powder

1 tsp venigar( optional)

salt

Preparation method:

1.Heat oil in a kadhai / large pan and stir fry all the chopped vegetablesand baby corn pieces.

2. Cook for 3-4 minutes.


3 .Take care that vegetables are not overdone, they should be crisp.
Mix salt and pepper to taste.

4. Add the cooked rice and mix well. Now mix the soya sauce , chilli sauce.

5.Mix well and cook for 2 to 3 minute.

serve hot .

VEG MANCHURIA (Easy Method)


Ingredients (for Manchuria):
Preparation Time: 40 mins
2 cups grated cabbage
1 cups grated carrot
4 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp green chilli paste
1/2 cup maida
1/4 cup corn flour

For gravy:
5 chopped garlic pods
1 inch ginger (chopped)
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp chilly sauce
1 tsp corn flour
salt to taste
oil for frying
Method:
1. Take a large bowl and add grated cabbage, carrot, ginger garlic paste, green chilly paste, salt, corn flour and Maida. Mix well and keep aside.
2. Take small quantity into hand and make balls and fry them in oil, till golden brown.
3. Put tissue paper in a plate and place the Manchuria balls on them.
For Gravy:
1. In a pan, add oil and fry the chopped ginger and garlic pieces
2. Mix corn flour in a bowl of water and add in the pan
3. Now add soya sauce, chilly sauce and make into thick paste. Now add manchuria balls and switch off the stove after 2 mins
Serve hot with Fried Rice!
